At Purpose Pawty, we operate under an ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy. However, we understand that receiving a damaged or defective product can be disappointing. If you've received a damaged or defective item from purposepawty.com, please contact a Customer Care Representative within 10 days of delivery at info@purposepawty.com, providing your order number, product number, email address, and phone number. You will be required to return the damaged or defective product to us. Once received, we will exchange it for a new one. Please note that shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges are not included, and the product must be in its original packaging. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund at the full purchase price.
