Return Policy

Purpose Pawty has an ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy. We will gladly exchange Damaged or Defective Items. If you made a purchase on and received a damaged or defective product, contact a Customer Care Representative within 10 days of delivery at Please include your order number and product number from your original confirmation email, as well as your email address and phone number. You will then have to send the Damaged or Defective product back to us. Once we receive your product we will exchange it with a new one and send it to you. Please NOTE: shipping, handling, gift wrap and other charges are NOT included. Product must be in its original packaging.

If the product is Out of Stock we will gladly refund you at the full purchase price.
